You lean in close to get a better look at the drawing of the goat’s head. There isn’t anything especially interesting about it, although it does seem vaguely sinister. Maybe it’s related to the text above it? You’re pretty sure Gen 4:5 is supposed to be a bible verse, though which one doesn’t immediately come to mind. Probably something about Cain and Abel given the context. Was it put there like the newspaper, to fuck with you too?
