C: “Sounds…active at least. Dunno if that’s a good thing or a bad thing…”

 

You gently press your ear against the cold metal door and give a listen. In the silence of the misty alleyway, you can hear sounds drifting out from what lies beyond. There’s a low hum, and a metal grinding noise far off, cut through by a rhythmic plink…plink…plink….

 

You think it sounds like a workshop, or an assembly line from out here.

Maybe you can ask someone inside for a little help figuring all this out.
